Frequently Asked Questions

Size Guide

What shoe size should I select?
The majority of our shoes are true to size. We would advise if you are between sizes to size up. The moccasin slippers are a narrow fitting across the instep so would advise for a looser fit to size up from your usual size on these.
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel tight across your toes and instep. Within an hour or so of wearing the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool begins to bed down and mould to your feet.

Where do the sheepskins come from?
Our sheepskins are a by-product of the meat industry, which would otherwise go to waste. We can turn them into long-lasting, luxury products for you to enjoy.

What are the benefits of sheepskins?
Sheepskins are naturally hypoallergenic; they are kind to skin and can help protect against bed sores. Perfect for those who have reduced mobility or for use in babies’ cribs and prams. They help to regulate body temperature keeping us cool when it’s hot and warm when it's cold better than any man-made fibres!
